Courses offered by IMU (UG Programs)
-B.Tech (Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering)
-B.Sc. (Nautical Science, Maritime Science, Ship Building and Repair)

Among these courses, the Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS) is a sponsored program. DNS leads to B.Sc. Nautical Science after students complete 18 months Deck Cadet Training (with stipend) and clears final exams. Shipping Companies conducts Sponsorship Tests & Interviews to 12th passed students for Deck Cadet Training in their Ships.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass in 12th with PCM>65%. Age<25. Candidates should be unmarried and medically fit with 6/6 vision and no colour blindness.
